Job Description

As a Mobile Production Associate at Wherehouse Beverage Co, you will play a critical role in final

packaging of all Wherehouse products. You will be responsible for final packaging including labeling,

cartoning, and other final packaging needs of the products. The ideal candidate has manufacturing

experience and is willing to travel 75% of the time to partner facilities in 10+ states in the US.

 

Key Responsibilities

          • ● Work in the field performing beverage packaging and finishing operations for dispensary markets

            including the hand application of regulatory labels, dispensing caps and tamper proof caps.

            ● Demonstrates and promotes integrity, strong initiative, no-compromise focus on safety and

            quality of work on a continuous basis.

            ● Responsible for clearly communicating usage rates, counts of finished products, scrap or reject

            counts.

            ● Interfaces directly with customers and may respond to customer inquiries.

            ● Familiarity with Metrc software is a plus but not required.

            ● Able to work a variety of schedules including overnight stays.

            ● Must be willing and able to travel to multiple locations and possess proper identification for

            flights (Real ID, passport.)

            ● Constantly positions self to perform duties including; application of labels, tamper proof caps and

             

            dosing caps including manual stacking of beverage cases on a pallet.

Qualifications

          • ● Must be 21+ years of age.

            ● Must be able to pass a background check.

            ● Must be able to lift 50 pounds (frequently moving boxes in excess of 20 pounds.)

            ● Must be able to stand for extended periods.

            ● Willing to travel 75% of the time.

Job Description

In this role, you will be reporting to the Director of Operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless production of our beverages by planning and procuring raw materials, finished goods, and other materials required for Operations. You will be responsible for planning inventory and production, selecting suppliers, negotiating payment terms, executing procurement, and coordinating production with vendors/partners, among other responsibilities. 

This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills and a keen eye for detail. To succeed in the role, you will need to bridge the gap between Operations and Finance, working closely with both teams to ensure accurate information transfer.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead inventory (raw material and finished good) forecasting with input from Sales Team
  • Assist with sales demand planning, and understand variance to plan that may affect inventory on hand needs.
  • Manage material planning and purchasing for raw materials, finished goods, merchandising materials, and any other items needed for Company operations. 
  • Develop and execute inventory tracking and procurement strategy for all aspects of the business.
  • Collaborate with the production, marketing, and sales teams to forecast demand and plan material requirements accurately.
  • Manage supplier relationships, including negotiating contracts, terms, and prices, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with our quality standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and lead times, adjusting orders as necessary to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid disruptions.
  • Conduct cost analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the supply chain, and develop contingency plans accordingly.
  • Implement cost-reduction initiatives and negotiate cost savings without compromising quality or delivery times with supplier partners.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and sustainability practices in the procurement process.
  • Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team to address and resolve material quality issues with suppliers promptly.
  • Coordinate with the Finance team to make sure all procurement and logistics are accounted for properly.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in material planning and buying, preferably in the beverage or food manufacturing industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience implementing and using inventory management software such as Katana, Cin7, MRP Easy, etc
  • Experience with building demand and inventory forecast models
  • Background in finance and accounting, with a deep understanding of connecting operations to finance.
  • Experience working in a startup/growth environment is strongly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory management, and procurement best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and optimizing processes.
  • Exceptional communication, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Job Description

We are seeking an Associate Marketing Manager to be the bubbly, caring connector behind the WYNK and Countdown social media accounts. “Let’s be friends” is in WYNK’s Instagram bio and we mean it — you’ll be responsible for nurturing and growing our “friend” groups on a daily basis across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Threads while also collecting, organizing, and optimizing all content generated by customers, creators, and influencers.
 
In addition to being on the front lines of brand communication on social, you’ll work with teammates across the marketing teams for WYNK and Countdown to ensure consistent messaging across sales channels and throughout all active markets. This role will work as an individual contributor with no direct reports.
 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage the online communities for WYNK and Countdown, focusing on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage the social media communities for WYNK and COUNTDOWN, with daily proactive and reactive engagement across owned, earned, and paid, ensuring timely and authentic interactions that reflect both brands’ voice and ethos, which is a hallmark of our brands.
  • Build, maintain, and update influencer and creators lists on an ongoing basis for evergreen gifting and campaign-specific initiatives.
  • Coordinate with influencers and creators, from managing inbounds, to proactive outreach, to collecting deliverables.
  • Execute the content calendar for social media and blog, in close coordination with marketing team, to ensure a cohesive and effective content strategy that aligns with overarching marketing goals.
  • Own the Creative Library, organize marketing assets on drive, optimize photography for each application including file type, file size and SEO enhancement
  • Includes all user generated, influencer, and brand-created content.
  • Includes management of content available on Partner Asset Site. 
  • Coordinate with PR Firm on sample requests, media requests, interview prep and coordination.
  • Operates with a high level of professionalism and integrity, including dealing with confidential information.

  • Strong creative problem-solving abilities 
  • Strong creative review and commentary skills.
